Structure Type: The Low Ballast Structure is specifically designed with a low ballast approach, which minimises the weight and footprint of the installation while maintaining performance and stability. This configuration is ideal for projects where space is limited or where a lighter, more streamlined solution is required.
Tilt Angle: The tilt angle for this alternative Low Ballast Structure is up to 15 degrees, providing a range of adjustments to optimise solar panel positioning. This limited tilt angle is suitable for applications where minimal adjustments are needed or where space constraints dictate a more compact design.
Module Orientation: Like our standard Low Ballast Structures, this alternative version supports both Portrait and Landscape module orientations. This versatility ensures that the solar panels can be arranged to maximise energy capture and efficiency, regardless of the specific requirements of the project.
Wind Speed Resistance: Designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 200 km/hour, this alternative Low Ballast Structure offers robust protection and stability. Although the wind speed resistance is slightly lower than our standard Low Ballast Structure, it still provides reliable performance in a variety of environmental conditions.
Materials: The construction of this alternative Low-Ballast Structure also utilises high-quality materials such as HDGI, Posmac, and Galvalume. These materials are selected for their durability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring that the structure remains strong and reliable over time.
Structure Types: They are available in both Single Pole and Double Pole options. The Single Pole configuration is ideal for projects where space is limited or where a more streamlined design is preferred. The Double Pole option provides additional stability and support, making it suitable for larger installations or areas with higher load requirements.
Tilt Angle: The tilt angle of our Low Ballast Structures ranges from 0 to 40 degrees or is adjusted based on latitude, depending on the specific project needs. This adjustability allows for optimal positioning of solar panels to capture the maximum amount of sunlight, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the solar installation.
Module Orientation: Supports Portrait and Landscape module orientations. This flexibility allows for efficient use of available space and ensures that the solar panels are positioned to maximise energy capture. Whether the project requires a vertical or horizontal panel arrangement, our structures can accommodate the necessary configurations.
Wind Speed Resistance: Designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 225 km/hour, our Low Ballast Structures provide robust protection and stability in challenging weather conditions. This high level of wind resistance ensures that the structures remain secure and effective, even in areas prone to strong winds or adverse weather.
Materials: We use premium materials such as HDGI (Hot-Dip Galvanised Iron), Posmac, and Galvalume in the construction of our low-ballast structures. These materials are chosen for their exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring that the structures maintain their strength and appearance over time.
