Confidentiality and Data Protection Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions are established to protect the proprietary designs, material details, and manufacturing information of Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd. All parties engaging with Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd. must adhere strictly to these rules to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Product designs, drawings, and specifications
• Material compositions, sources, and procurement details
• Manufacturing processes, techniques, and operational data
• Business strategies, pricing, and client information

3. Obligations of Parties

• Parties must not share, distribute, or disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd..
• Confidential Information must only be used for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations with Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd..
• All employees, contractors, and associates are required to sign and comply with confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security Measures

• Parties must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Confidential Information.
• Unauthorized copying, transmission, or storage of Confidential Information is strictly prohibited.
• Any breach or suspected breach must be reported immediately to Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd..

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, materials, and manufacturing details remain the exclusive property of Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd.. No rights or licenses are granted unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Breach of Terms

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of agreements and may lead to legal action.
• Integrity Section and Structure Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to seek damages, compensation, and injunctive relief in the event of a breach.

7. Duration of Confidentiality

The obligation to maintain confidentiality remains in effect during the course of engagement and continues for a period of five (5) years after termination of the relationship, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Halol Juridiction.
